About the Candidate: Sakar's Kitchen opened in 2016 from a 1 bhk apartment, it went on to become the best Bengali restaurant in Hyderabad . I went from working out of a small apartment to managing a 120 seating restaurant. We also opened an outlet in of one of India's biggest malls, we were on the path to success. However, I had personal setback and got diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2018. I fought for one and half years and defeated it . It did have a financial impact but we were recovering from it when Covid came and destroyed everything. But we fought back and now we are running 3 outlets in Hyderabad.
